Frequently asked questions

An E-Wallet is a digital wallet where you can store money to shop faster and easier. Think of it like a prepaid account for our store. You can add funds, use them for purchases, and withdraw money when needed.
Adding money is easy! Go to "My Wallet" → Click "Top Up Wallet" → Choose or enter an amount → Select your payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) → Complete the payment. Your wallet will be credited instantly!
No, using the wallet is completely free! There are no fees for storing money, making payments, or receiving refunds. However, your payment provider (credit card, PayPal) may charge their own processing fees when you add funds.
At checkout, simply select "Wallet" or "Pay with E-Wallet" as your payment method. You'll see your current balance and the remaining balance after purchase. Click "Place Order" and the payment is processed instantly!
If your wallet balance is less than the order total, you have three options: 1) Add more money to your wallet, 2) Choose a different payment method, or 3) Remove some items from your cart.
When you return an item or cancel an order, the refund is automatically added to your wallet. You'll see it in your transaction history. You can then use this balance for future purchases or request a withdrawal to get the money back to your bank account.
