Adding money is easy! Go to "My Wallet" → Click "Top Up Wallet" → Choose or enter an amount → Select your payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) → Complete the payment. Your wallet will be credited instantly!

What happens if I don't have enough balance?

If your wallet balance is less than the order total, you have three options: 1) Add more money to your wallet, 2) Choose a different payment method, or 3) Remove some items from your cart.

When you return an item or cancel an order, the refund is automatically added to your wallet. You'll see it in your transaction history. You can then use this balance for future purchases or request a withdrawal to get the money back to your bank account.

Can I see my transaction history?

Absolutely! Go to "My Wallet" and scroll down to "Transaction History". You'll see every transaction including top-ups, payments, refunds, and withdrawals with dates, amounts, and descriptions.
